Peace When You Feel Anxious
The Bible speaks gently to anxious hearts. Jesus told his followers not to worry about tomorrow, and Paul wrote that the peace of God "shall keep your hearts and minds" (Philippians 4:7). Take a slow breath, read the verse twice, and let its words guide a short prayer.
